Krank It
  • Krank It is a Children's and Women's Mountain Bike Race.

  • You can enter as an Individual or Team of 2 Relay.

  • These 2 events will see children and women racing at Bottle Lake Forest Park.

  • Winter Race - Sunday 18th September 2022
  • Summer Race - Sunday 13th March 2023

  • Children and Female's will race Individually in their age category based on their age on the day of the event, or in a Team of 2 doing 1 lap each in a relay format. Individuals:
  • 7-8 Year Olds will complete 7km lap
  • 9 Years + will complete the 11km lap
  • 18 Years + will complete the 11km lap x 2 = 22km

  • Teams:
  • 7-8 Year Olds with Mother will both complete 7km lap (Mother does the first lap)
  • 9 Years + with Mother will both complete the 11km lap (Mother does the first lap)
  • 7-8 Year Old Children team both complete the 7km lap
  • 9 Years + team will both complete the 11km lap
  • Those mothers wanting to race with their children can participate in the Mums & Sons or Mums & Daughters race. These 2 events will be in a Relay format with the Mums doing the first lap, so the children have the glory of the Finish Line.
